天海粮油工业（沙湾）有限公司是由中粮集团所属香港上市公司----中粮国际控股经营的中外合资企业；注册资本5,155万美元，投资总额12,034万美元，占地面积88,890平方米。 天海粮油目前拥有一个日处理毛油900吨的精炼厂、一个日灌装精炼油1000吨的小包装厂、一个日处理能力300吨的特种油分提车间、一个年产18，000吨的起酥油车间、一个年产100万只钢桶的制桶厂、一座存储量达7万吨的油罐区，两座3000平米的小包装成品仓库。是中国北方的油脂生产、加工基地之一，是“福临门”系列食用油的主要生产、灌装基地之一。
